What Insurance do you have?

We only accept BCBS, PEIA, and PEAK. Private Pay/Out-of-Network cost is $150 per session. *If you use insurance the amount you owe depends on your specific plan, which we'll check closer to your first appointment.

What is your preferred method of therapy? Virtual or In-person?

Therapist availability varies, some are virtual-only. (And yes, EMDR can be done online!)
