What Insurance do you have?

We only accept BCBS, PEIA, and PEAK. Private Pay/Out-of-Network cost is $150 per session. *If you use insurance the amount you owe depends on your specific plan, which we'll check closer to your first appointment.

What is your preferred session format? (location)

Therapist availability varies, some are virtual-only. (And yes, EMDR can be done effectively online!)
