Lindy Hoeft, LCSW | EMDR and DARe Trained

I believe safety is the foundation of trust and growth in any therapeutic process. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and heard as you explore your inner world and navigate life’s challenges. Therapy with me is grounded in relationship, emotional safety, and an understanding of how attachment patterns and the nervous system shape our experiences.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, major life transitions, and the effects of past trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that once helped them survive but no longer support who they are becoming. Together, we slow things down, build regulation, and create enough internal safety for meaningful change to unfold.

My work is trauma-informed, relational, and attachment based, with a strong emphasis on nervous system support. I am EMDR trained and trained in Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe). I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol and the Rest and Restore Protocol, gentle listening based interventions that use sound to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and recovery from chronic stress and trauma.

I am committed to creating an inclusive, nonjudgmental space for clients of all identities.

In addition to my clinical training, I bring over 20 years of experience in holistic mind body wellness, including yoga, meditation, coaching, sound practices, and energy healing practices. This informs an integrative therapeutic style that honors the connection between emotional experience, physiology, and meaning.

My work supports healing and growth by helping you unwind from past trauma, feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and become better resourced to meet life as it is.
